We are proud and honoured to receive Dr Koh Poh Koon on 14th Sept 2022. We inivited Chef Stephen Ho of Sichuan Dou Hua to use our Jade Perch and Hybrid Grouper to demostrate the freshness and quality of our fishes. Thanks to Dr Koh's support to the Aquaculture industry and the superb culinary skill of Chef Stephen.
