Quick Frozen Hybrid Grouper

Hybrid Grouper alias Dragon Grouper is a crossbreed between Tiger Grouper (Mother) and Giant Grouper (Father). It has the character of the delicate meat texture of Tiger Grouper and a big body size like the Giant Grouper. It is farmed indoor so that parasites do not infest it. 

The basic size is 500g per fish, it is gutted, cleaned, vacuum packed and quick frozen.  It has a much longer shelf life than fresh ones. To enjoy the meat texture and freshness, it is most suitable for Teochew or Hong Kong Steam.
