The set is complemented with a premium selection of ingredients, including professionally sous vide abalone (2 pieces, 110g each), Australian Jade Perch fillet (500g, quick frozen), Hybrid Grouper fillet (500g, quick frozen), Hokkaido scallops (500g), Vannamei prawns (1kg, live-cooked and quick frozen), and Flower clams (500g, live-cooked frozen).
